• How it works : All personalized deisgns are requested to be sent through our E-mail or you may also choose our team to create the design for you. Additionally, all card details are requested to be listed and sent through E-mail.
  
• Step 1 :Choose your quantity and complete your order.
  
• Step 2 : Our team contacts you to Confirm your order and design - You send your Final design and information to us : Name / Company / Title / URL for QR code and NFC Chip landing Page (In Table format for Large Quantities).
  
  Note : We Recommend using/creating a Linktree account to use as the URL landing page as it can be modified and offers an extremely wide range of functions for professionals.
  
• Step 3 : Since all cards business cards are made to order, payment is requested through Gcash/Bank Transfer before Shipment. ( at least a 30% downpayment for bulk Orders )
  
• Step 4 : All details and Final design are individually engraved onto the card and your URL is encoded onto the QR Code and NFC Chip.
  
• Step 5 : Sit back and relax as you wait for your card to arrive. ( 70% downpayment for bulk Orders is required prior to shipment )

Warranty : 1 Time Free Replacement for 2 years when :

- Your card is damaged
- QR / NFC malfunctions

• Our team will be shipping the New Metal Card to you for Free anywhere in the Philippines. The card creation process is completed only within 24 hours of ordering for Pre-made designs and 72 Hours for personalized designs
  
  Note : Processing for Bulk orders require 1-4 Weeks depending on quantity and type or request.
  

Estimate Transit durations 

• Metro Manila & NCR+ Locations - 1 to 3 Days
• Provincial LUZVIMIN Locations - 3 to 5 Days
• Note : Duration will depend on how far your location is from Metro Manila

Couriers will have 2 Delivery Attempts, if an item cannot be received during the First Day, the Courier will come back the very next day for a Final Attempt.
