You can choose between Express Shipping (2–5 business days) or Economy Shipping (14–30 business days) at checkout. Q: Is the jewelry 100% solid gold or gold-plated?
A: While we offer the option to create custom pieces using solid materials like silver or gold, our primary focus is on providing ready-to-wear, affordable but high-quality fancy jewelry.© goldlink.store

The Goal is to provide highly realistic looking but pocket friendly pieces so most of our pieces are 14K or 18K gold-plated over premium bases such as 316L Stainless Steel or Jeweler’s Brass. Each item is also finished with a specially formulated coating to help protect against fading and extend durability.

Q: What’s the difference between Jeweler’s Brass and Stainless Steel?
A: We use both 316L Stainless Steel and Jeweler’s Brass because each material serves a different purpose in delivering quality and durability:

  1. 316L Stainless Steel – This is a hypoallergenic, corrosion-resistant grade of steel that doesn’t react with skin, making it perfect for everyday wear — even in pools, the ocean, or during sweaty workouts. It provides a highly durable base that holds onto its plating extremely well, even when exposed to common jewelry-damaging chemicals like perfumes and lotions.© goldlink.store

  2. Jeweler’s Brass – Unlike stainless steel, brass is much more malleable, allowing us to craft more intricate designs such as detailed chains or settings for stones like diamonds or CZs. We use Jeweler’s-grade brass, which is specifically refined for high-end jewelry making — it contains fewer impurities than regular brass and offers a smoother surface for superior plating adhesion and finish quality.© goldlink.store

Q: What kind of stones do you use?
A: Our standard pieces feature AAA-Grade Cubic Zirconia (CZ) — the most trusted and popular diamond alternative used in fashion and custom jewelry today.© goldlink.store

Cubic Zirconia offers a brilliant sparkle that closely resembles real diamonds, but at a fraction of the cost. It’s also durable, resistant to scratching, and ideal for everyday wear. Among affordable alternatives, CZ currently provides the best balance of clarity, shine, and long-term value.© goldlink.store

Q: Will the gold finish fade over time?
A: All our pieces are plated with real 14K or 18K gold and built for long-lasting wear — but like all plated jewelry, proper care makes a big difference.© goldlink.store

Stainless Steel pieces (316L grade) are virtually fade-proof. The material is hypoallergenic and non-reactive to water, sweat, and most everyday chemicals. You can confidently wear them 24/7 — in the shower, at the beach, or during workouts. However, as with any plated jewelry, deep scratches or abrasive friction over time can wear through the outer gold layer. So while fading is highly unlikely, minimal care is still recommended to keep your piece looking pristine.© goldlink.store

Jeweler’s Brass pieces, on the other hand, are crafted for more intricate designs where stainless steel can't be used. These are also plated with real gold and topped with our special coating that protects against tarnishing and fading. With regular and proper use, they’ll hold up beautifully. However, to maintain longevity, we advise removing brass-based pieces before swimming, showering, or intense physical activity, as moisture and chemicals may gradually wear down the protective coating — eventually exposing the base layer.

Q: Can I shower with it on? Will it change color?
A: It depends on the base material of the piece:

  • Stainless Steel-based pieces (316L grade): Yes — you can wear them 24/7 without worry. These are highly resistant to water, sweat, and even chemicals like chlorine or perfume. Showering, swimming in pools or oceans, and daily wear won’t cause them to fade or change color.© goldlink.store

  • Jeweler’s Brass-based pieces: While they’re built for regular use, we recommend removing them before showers, swimming, or intense sweat. Keeping them dry helps preserve the special protective coating that guards the gold plating. This ensures long-lasting shine and prevents premature fading.

Q: How do I know when my order has shipped?
A: Once your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an SMS or email notification with a link to your order. Simply click the link to access your order page, which includes a special tracking link. With one click, you’ll be able to track your shipment in real time.© goldlink.store

Q: Can I do express shipping?
A:
For jewelry pieces, we don’t offer separate express or economy options for local shipping. We use LBC and other standard couriers that already operate on the fastest possible transit times — so “express” is effectively the default. However, same-day delivery (3–4 hours) isn’t possible as each piece is custom-finished by our in-house jeweler.© goldlink.store

Chains and bracelets are cut to size, stones are individually inspected, and every surface is carefully checked before being sealed in our protective coating — which also requires 24 hours to fully cure.

Q: How much is shipping/taxes?
A: We offer free priority insured shipping for all orders within the Philippines. For international orders, shipping fees vary depending on your location and chosen method. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the customer based on your country’s regulations.

Q: Why is the tracking number not being updated?
A: Tracking updates may sometimes be delayed, especially for international shipments. When we ship from the Philippines, your package first travels to a logistics hub in Singapore before being handed off to local carriers like La Poste, Swiss Post, or Singapore Post. During this transit and handoff period, tracking systems may not immediately show new updates.

For local shipments, occasional delays in tracking updates can also happen depending on the courier’s scanning schedules. If you have a local shipment, we recommend checking directly with the courier (e.g., LBC) using your tracking number for the latest status.© goldlink.store

Rest assured, a lack of immediate tracking updates doesn’t mean your package isn’t on its way. If your tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

Q: Why was my package returned?
A: Packages can be returned for reasons such as:

  • Unclaimed or unattended package at the delivery location

  • Invalid or unreachable phone number provided for delivery coordination
