QUALITY

Is the jewelry 100% solid gold or gold-plated?

  • Gold Link Co. offers only Plated Products that are 5 times plated using real 18k gold
  • Our products are made out of the highest quality materials, including Jeweler's Brass and 316L Surgical Stainless Steel dipped 5 times in gold plating with unique craftsmanship. It will help maintain the beautiful finish and it's hard to fade.

What is the difference between Jeweler's Brass and Stainless Steel?

  • Stainless Steel is used on all Products without Stones. Stainless Steel based products have very good chemistry with 18K Gold PVD plating which is why they are very durable and will almost never fade even with continuous direct liquid contacts.
  • Jeweler's Brass Core is used on Iced-out products as we use Cubic Zircon Stones which are Prong-Set meaning they're Locked in Place using 4 Metal Pillars without the use of Glues that Blurs the Shine of Stones. All High Quality Iced out products will have Brass Cores as Prong Type Setting cannot be done with Stainless steel due to it being very hard to Bend. Which is also why all Stainless Steel products that are iced have Glued Plastic Rhinestones only. But Jeweler's Brass doesn't have a good as good Chemistry with PVD plating process as with Stainless Steel so it will require Proper Jewelry Care and zero contact with all types of Liquids.

What kind of stones are they?

  • For all Iced products we offer Cubic zircon stones, which is an excellent alternative to VS diamond because it is more scratch-resistant for everyday wear.

Does the gold persist or fade over time?

Can I take a shower with this on without fading?does It change color?

  • Every piece of jewelry deserves to be carefully maintained, which requires us to avoid wearing jewelry under some harsh conditions. Such as bathing / swimming / sports / Contact with Perfumes / Contact with Lotions Therefore, we do not recommend wearing the jewelry when taking a bath.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

  • When you complete your purchase, you can view your real-time logistics information by Clicking the Link Within the SMS Notification Sent to you. Upon opening the Link, you will be directed to your order page which will contain your own Special Tracking Link which with 1 click will Immediately Track your order.

How long does the shipping and processing take?

  • Delivery Time= Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Shipping within Metro Manila and takes on average 1-3 business days after processing (1-2 days).

  • Shipping anywhere outside Metro Manila takes about 3-7 business days.after processing (1-2 days)

How much is shipping/taxes?

  • We offer free Priority Insured Shipping for all orders within the Philippines.

  • And Currently we aren't entertaining international orders.

Why is the tracking number not working?

  • When we ship our packages to you there are no further updates from the shipping company due to the fact that your package is in transit. Once it has reached the next sort facility it will update.

 

Why was my package returned?

  • The package may be returned for the following reasons:

  • Wrong or incomplete address

  • Invalid phone number which cannot be Reached

  • Unable to deliver Possibly due to Area Restrictions

  • Please contact the shipping company for more information or you may contact us so that we can help you.

What methods of payment are accepted?

  • The following methods of payment are accepted:

  • G-Cash Payments
  • All Major Credit Cards through Paypal ( available only Upon Request)

Why was my payment declined?

  • If you have trouble paying via credit card: Please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank. In the case that your payment is still refused, we suggest trying a different card or payment method.

  • If the above instructions fail please contact your bank or contact us with as much detail along with the error messages. so that we may assist you.

How do I change/modify my order?

  • If you notice a mistake with your order after receiving an order confirmation email, please send us an Email to sales@goldlink.store  or contact with our customer service(website/Instagram).

  • *Please note that we can only help you change the size, remove an item, change your shipping address before shipment. Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change anything and deliberately rejecting a Shipped out item may cause you to get permanently banned from purchasing from our Brand again.

How do I cancel my order and get a refund?

  • Gold Link Co. provides a 30-day warranty on all products. Exchanges and Refunds will be accepted within 7 days of your original receipt of the order. Beyond 7 days ONLY  EXCHANGES will be accepted within 30 days of the original receipt of the order.

  • All Pre-Ordered items are not subject to returns.
