SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping at GoldLink! We want to make sure you receive your orders in a timely and secure manner. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION (BANK CARDS)
We offer nationwide free shipping for all orders. Processing and verification takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Metro Manila: 1-3 business days
- Provincial locations: 3-5 days
Please note that couriers will make two delivery attempts. If the item cannot be received during the first delivery attempt, the courier will come back the following day for a final attempt.
For metal card conversions, the countdown duration only starts once we physically receive your cards. For more information on bank cards, please refer to our FAQ section.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION (JEWELRY)
We also offer nationwide free shipping for all jewelry orders. Processing and verification takes 1-2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location:
- Metro Manila: 1-3 business days
- Outside Metro Manila: 3-5 business days
Please note that couriers will make two delivery attempts. If the item cannot be received during the first delivery attempt, the courier will come back the following day for a final attempt. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day.
In the event of receiving a broken item, customers are expected to open the packages first before paying the courier. If a customer receives a product damaged in transit, they should take a photo with the rider holding the item as it will be used for insurance claims against the carrier. Claims for broken or damaged products without photo evidence shall be deemed null.
We cannot change or intercept a package to alter the delivery, and customers who abandon their purchases will automatically be banned from the website through IP/Mobile Carrier Website Tracking. After your order is fulfilled and packaged, it will be shipped via our selected couriers. Orders generally ship from Monday to Saturday only. Sunday and holiday deliveries may be available upon request via email. Multiple items ordered under a single order will always ship together to ensure a safe and secure delivery of your order.
