Product Information

We sell Converted Metal Bank Cards, Metal Business Cards, and both ready-to-wear and made-to-order jewelry.

  • Converted Cards: Laser-engraved metal versions of user-submitted bank cards, made from stainless steel or brass.
  • Metal Business Cards: Custom engraved cards using stainless steel or brass and embedded with NFC Tags.
  • Ready-to-wear Jewelry: Pieces crafted from stainless steel or brass, with optional finishes including Gold PVD, Silver PVD, or Black PVD.
  • Made-to-order Jewelry: Custom jewelry made to your specifications (design, base metal, and optional diamonds/stones).© goldlink.store

Returns & Exchanges

  • Metal Cards: All card orders are final and non-refundable once production has started. We do not accept returns for custom card work, unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed on our end.© goldlink.store
  • Jewelry:
    • Ready-to-wear: Eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is unworn and in original condition.
    • Made-to-order: Final sale. Returns/exchanges not accepted due to custom nature of each piece.

Warranty

  • Metal Cards: Covered under a 3-month limited warranty against engraving fade or physical defects under normal use. Warranty does not cover fading due to excessive friction, tampering, water damage, or misuse.© goldlink.store
  • Jewelry: Ready-to-wear jewelry is covered under a 3-month warranty for manufacturing defects. Warranty does not cover fading or wear from water, perfume, sweat, or chemical exposure.© goldlink.store

Card Conversion Disclaimer & Customer Agreement

We convert users' plastic bank cards into pure solid metal cards by engraving the original card information and transplanting the chip (and programming the magnetic stripe) into a new metal card body.© goldlink.store

By submitting your card for conversion, or by purchasing a modified or blank card from us, you confirm and agree to the following:

  • We are not affiliated with any bank or payment network (Visa, Mastercard, etc.). This is a third-party custom modification service.
  • You confirm that you are either the rightful owner of the card being submitted or have permission to submit it. We are not liable for any disputes or claims resulting from unauthorized use.
  • You acknowledge the risk of chip damage or loss of functionality. If the converted card fails, you release us from responsibility for obtaining a replacement. However, we will convert a different card for you at no additional cost.
  • You acknowledge that modifying your card may violate your card issuer’s terms and conditions. Your bank may cancel, freeze, or reject the modified card if discovered.
  • You are advised to lock your card, obscure sensitive data (CVV/expiry), and only ship it with tracking. While we apply strict care and security, we are not responsible for loss or misuse if your card is lost in transit.
  • You accept that the contactless (NFC/tap-to-pay) feature may be permanently disabled by the modification process.© goldlink.store

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products, including financial losses caused by card failure, chip damage, or unauthorized use. Our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the product or service purchased.© goldlink.store

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, images, and product concepts on this site are property of Gold Link Co. and may not be reproduced or copied without permission.

Privacy & Data

Customer data is used solely for order fulfillment and customer service. We do not store CVV codes or sensitive card information after completion of card conversions. All data is handled securely and confidentially.© goldlink.store

Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. By purchasing from us, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts.© goldlink.store

Additional Legal Terms

Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our control.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold Gold Link Co. harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these terms or misuse of our services.

Severability: If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Gold Link Co., overriding any prior agreements or communications.

Policy Updates: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our site implies agreement to the updated terms.

Termination: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Any violation of these Terms may result in immediate termination of access to our services.
