All GoldLinkCo metal cards are custom-built and laser-engraved to order based on customer-submitted designs. Because these are personalized items, they are not eligible for returns, cancellations, or exchanges unless: © goldlink.store

  • The item arrives defective or damaged
  • The product received is significantly different from what was ordered

If your item qualifies under these exceptions, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our official support channels: © goldlink.store

We’ll respond within 24–72 hours with next steps. Please do not send any items back without approval, as they will not be accepted. © goldlink.store


Return & Refund Policy ( All Jewelry )

For hygiene and safety reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted for jewelry, unless:

  • The item arrives damaged or broken
  • You received a clearly incorrect item

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for review. © goldlink.store

Warranty Note

Warranty coverage is separate from the returns/exchange policy. Full details are available on our Warranty Policy page. In summary:

  • Stainless Steel Jewelry – 60 days
  • Brass Jewelry – 30 days
  • 925 Silver & Solid Gold – Not covered under warranty due to material properties

Return Shipping Responsibility

If your item qualifies for a return or exchange, we will guide you through the process. In most cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated. © goldlink.store

  • Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for user-submitted errors (e.g., spelling mistakes, incorrect image uploads, incompatible card types).

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. However, this right does not apply to personalized or custom-made items (such as our metal cards or customized jewelry), in accordance with EU consumer law. © goldlink.store

Refunds Timeline

If a return or refund is approved, you will be notified by email or SMS. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact us. © goldlink.store
