General Shipping Information (Bank Cards)

Local Shipping (Philippines)

We offer nationwide free shipping for all orders. Processing and verification take just 12 – 24 hours. Delivery times vary by location:

  • Metro Manila: 2–4 business days
  • Provincial Areas: 4–7 business days

Couriers will make two delivery attempts. If the first attempt fails, a final attempt will be made on the next business day. © goldlink.store

For metal card conversions, the turnaround time begins only once we physically receive your original cards. For more info, please refer to our FAQ section. © goldlink.store

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. © goldlink.store

We cannot modify shipping details once an order is placed. Customers who abandon Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders or provide unreachable contact details may be permanently banned via IP address and carrier tracking.

All items in a single order will be shipped together. We only ship to the address provided at checkout. © goldlink.store

International Shipping

Processing and verification take just 24 – 48 hours. Delivery times vary by location: We offer international shipping to select countries:

  • International Economy: 14–30 business days
  • International Express: 2–5 business days

Shipping fees vary depending on your country and the chosen shipping method. International orders are processed Monday–Saturday.

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility and will depend on your country’s regulations. © goldlink.store

If a customer fails to respond to courier communication (e.g., calls, emails, or SMS), and this results in a failed delivery, the responsibility lies with the customer. Undelivered packages may be returned to us or destroyed by the courier. In such cases, reshipment will only be arranged once we receive the returned item and the customer covers any additional shipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. © goldlink.store
