Conversion Process :

How it works: Your chosen design is precisely engraved onto our metal cards, along with your card details. We then transfer your magnetic stripe data and EMV chip onto the metal card, allowing it to function just like a regular bank card.

• Step 1: Select your preferred design and complete your order through our website.
  
• Step 2: After placing your order, you’ll receive detailed instructions via email or SMS. For your protection, we strongly recommend locking your card via your online banking app and removing, obscuring, or scratching off the 3-digit CVV. For added security, you may provide us with an altered CVV instead, which will be engraved on your new card.
  
• Step 3: Your card is shipped to our lab in Las Piñas City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
  
• Step 4: Your card details, EMV chip, and magnetic stripe are carefully transferred onto your new metal card using our proprietary, patent-pending process. Once completed, your card is securely packaged and shipped out within the following timeframes:
  
  International Orders : 24–48 hours
  Local (Philippines) Orders : 12–24 hours
  Local Same-Day Requests : 3–4 hours (rush service, subject to availability)
  
• Step 5: Sit back and relax while you wait for your new card to arrive.

Warranty Coverage – 100 Days :

We offer one free card replacement within 100 days of delivery if:

• Your card arrives completely non-functional
• The EMV chip falls off
• The magnetic stripe peels off
• The card is accidentally damaged beyond use (the damaged card must be surrendered)
• Lost or missing cards are unfortunately not covered by this warranty
• Cards taken by ATMs are not covered, but may still qualify under our "Trade-In" program, subject to investigation.

Upon receiving a new card from your bank, we’ll transfer your new card’s details, EMV chip, and magnetic stripe onto a replacement metal card at zero cost, as long as it uses the same design as your original order. You’ll only need to cover the back-and-forth shipping fees.

Please note that the shipping times indicated below refer only to the return shipment of your card. These durations do not include the time it takes for your card to arrive at our facility.

• Metro Manila: 2–4 business days
• Provincial Areas: 4–7 business days

For International Shipping:

• International Economy: 14–30 business days
• International Express: 2–5 business days

To reduce turnaround time and minimize security risks, we recommend choosing a card with a blank chip slot and doing the conversion yourself. It only requires one-way shipping, and only you will handle your card. A detailed conversion guide will be provided after order completion.
