• How it works : Your Chosen Design is engraved on our Metal Cards - along with your Card details. Then, your Magnetic Stripe signature and Chip is transplanted onto the Metal Card so that it will have the ability to be used as any other Bank Card.
  
• Step 1 :Choose your design and complete your order.
  
• Step 2 : Card securing & Shipping instructions are sent to you via SMS - All cards are requested to be locked via the online banking app.
  and 3 Digit pins are to be removed, painted over or scratched off and not transferred to the new card for added security.

• Step 3 : Your card is shipped to our Lab location in Las Pinas City, Metro Manila via LBC.
  
• Step 4 : Card details, EMV chip, and magnetic stripe is transferred via our special patent pending process. All done within a day of receiving your Card
  
• Step 5 : Sit back and relax as you wait for your card to arrive.

• Card Functions :

Works the same as all cards

• Withdrawals : Can be used on all types of ATMs as normal.
• Swipe : for magnetic Stripe reading
• Insert : for chip reading
• Tap to pay : NFC is not yet available for all metal cards

Warranty: A guaranteed free card replacement within 2 years if :

• Your card expires within the 2 years
• The card gets damaged
• The card is stolen or lost

Upon receiving a new card from your bank, we'll transfer your card's new details, chip, and magnetic stripe to our provided replacement card at Zero Cost.

• Our team will be shipping the New Metal Card to you for Free anywhere in the Philippines. The card conversion process is completed only within 24 hours of receiving your cards. The duration will largely depend on LBC's Transit times.
  

Estimate Transit durations 

• Metro Manila & NCR+ Locations - 1 to 3 Days
• Provincial LUZVIMIN Locations - 3 to 5 Days
• Note : Duration will depend on how far your location is from Metro Manila

Couriers will have 2 Delivery Attempts, if an item cannot be received during the First Day, the Courier will come back the very next day for a Final Attempt.

The countdown duration only starts once we physically receive the card(s).
