Warranty Policy
100-Day Limited Card Conversion Warranty
This voluntary warranty applies only to bank cards physically converted by Gold Link Co. It runs for 100 days from delivery. Blank/Dummy orders and customer-performed DIY transfers are not covered by this voluntary warranty.
What is covered
Confirmed manufacturing or conversion defects under normal use may qualify for one free replacement. Examples include a card arriving non-functional, a detached EMV chip, a peeling magnetic stripe, or a chip or stripe that becomes unreadable because of a covered defect. Physical or engraving defects attributable to our work are subject to assessment.
What is not covered
- Accidental damage, including a card accidentally damaged beyond use.
- Lost or missing cards; cards retained or destroyed by an ATM.
- Normal wear, scratches, misuse, tampering, or damage caused by water, chemicals or improper handling.
- DIY damage or customer-performed chip/stripe work.
- Loss of Tap-to-Pay/Paywave. Expect contactless payment to stop working after conversion; any retained tap functionality is a bonus, not a guaranteed feature.
ATM-retained cards may be reviewed separately under our Trade-In Program; this is not warranty coverage.
Replacement and shipping
For an approved claim, surrender the defective card as instructed. If a replacement bank card is needed, obtain it from your issuer. We will perform the approved replacement conversion using the original design at no charge. Under this voluntary warranty, the customer pays roundtrip shipping unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
Claim process
Send your order number, delivery date, photos and a description of the fault. Obtain approval and shipping instructions before returning anything.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. Earlier orders remain subject to the terms and commitments applicable when purchased; this update does not retrospectively withdraw previously promised coverage.
Jewelry is discontinued. For earlier jewelry purchases or separately advertised product warranties, contact us about the terms applicable to that purchase.
