Warranty Policy ( All Metal Cards )

Coverage Period

Every GoldLinkCo metal card comes with a 100-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.© goldlink.store

What’s Covered

The following issues are eligible for a free one-time replacement:

  • Your card arrives fully non-functional
  • The EMV chip falls off
  • The magnetic stripe peels off
  • The chip or magnetic stripe is confirmed to no longer be readable, or the card is accidentally damaged beyond use (the damaged/non-functional card must be surrendered)

What’s Not Covered© goldlink.store

Due to a rising concern over potentially unfounded or fraudulent claims, the following are not covered under warranty:

  • Lost or missing cards
  • Cards taken or destroyed by ATMs

Note: Cards taken by ATMs may still qualify under our "Trade-In Program", subject to investigation and approval.© goldlink.store

Replacement Process

Once you receive a new card from your bank, we’ll transfer its details, EMV chip, and magnetic stripe onto a new metal card at no cost — as long as the design is exactly the same as your original order.© goldlink.store

You will only be responsible for roundtrip shipping fees (sending and returning).

How to Make a Claim

Coverage Period

  • Stainless Steel : Covered under a 60-day limited warranty from date of delivery.
  • Jeweler's Brass: Covered under a 30-day limited warranty from date of delivery.
  • 925 Silver: Not covered under warranty. All sales are final.
  • Solid Gold: Not covered under warranty. All sales are final.

What’s Covered

For eligible stainless steel and brass pieces, the following may qualify for a one-time replacement or repair:

  • Manufacturer defects (e.g., broken clasp, link, or chain upon delivery)
  • Unusual or premature fading not caused by user mishandling (subject to review)

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear, including minor fading, scratches, or dents over time
  • Damage from water, chemicals, or improper care
  • Lost or stolen jewelry © goldlink.store
  • Misuse, mishandling, or intentional damage
