• Material: 316L surgical-grade stainless steel
• Thickness: 0.8mm for stability and strength
• Card Functions: Works the same as all cards
• Withdrawals: Usable at all types of ATMs
• Swipe: For magnetic stripe reading
• Insert: For chip reading
• Tap to Pay: NFC functionality is not yet available for all-metal cards

• How it works: Your chosen design is engraved on our metal cards, along with your card details. Then, your magnetic stripe, signature, and chip are transplanted onto the metal card, enabling it to function like any other bank card.
  
• Step 1: Choose your design and complete your order.
  
• Step 2: Card shipping instructions are sent to you via email or SMS. All cards must be locked via the online banking app, and the 3-digit PIN should be removed, painted over, or scratched off and not transferred to the new card for added security. Please read the detailed instructions sent via email or SMS.
  
• Step 3: Your card is shipped to our lab in Las Piñas City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
  
• Step 4: Card details, EMV chip, and magnetic stripe are transferred using our special patent-pending process, all within 24-48 hours of receiving your card.
  
• Step 5: Sit back and relax while you wait for your new card to arrive.

Warranty: A free card replacement is guaranteed within 2 years if:

• Your card expires within the 2-year period
• The card gets damaged
• The card is stolen or lost

Upon receiving a new card from your bank, we'll transfer your card's new details, chip, and magnetic stripe to our provided replacement card at Zero Cost.

The card conversion process is completed within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your card(s). However, the overall delivery time will depend on the courier's transit schedule (see estimations below).

Estimated Transit Times:

For Local Shipping :

• Metro Manila & NCR+ Locations (via LBC): 1 to 3 days
• Provincial Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao Locations (Via LBC) : 3 to 5 days
  (Note: Transit times depend on your distance from Metro Manila.)

For International Shipping:

• Economy Shipping (via ASENDIA) : 15 to 30 days
• Express Shipping (via DHL) : 3 to 7 days

Couriers will make two delivery attempts. If the item cannot be delivered on the first day, they will return the next day for a final attempt. Please note that failed delivery attempts are not our responsibility, and the buyer will bear the cost of any re-shipping required.
